A Powerful and Practical Guide to Transforming Your Life

Two words come to mind when I reflect on The Front Row Factor: INSPIRING and TRANSFORMING. Jon Vroman has accomplished something most authors in the self-development world would never even attempt. And, he’s achieved it with a bang. He’s managed to write a book that is both a “how-to” and a compelling story. The Front Row Factor is a story about the magic that happens when good business is fully integrated with good work. From the very beginning of the book, the reader can see that Jon Vroman is a guy who is, first and foremost, committed to improving the lives of others. He set out to do that, and founded the Front Row Foundation well before he left the corporate world. The business he grew from that evolved quite naturally with the core values of the Foundation, and the lessons from the good works of the Foundation informed and drove the growth of Vroman’s business.

The Front Row Factor could be a textbook on how to do well by doing good, but it is so much more than that. The biggest struggle most entrepreneurs have, especially in the early days, is figuring out how to sustain our energy, focus, and a positive attitude. Vroman has extracted powerful life lessons, as well as daily practices, on how to do that from the stories of Front Row Foundation recipients and their perspectives on life. The book is crafted with an eye toward those of us who prefer our lessons spelled out. Here’s how you do it, here are the steps, and here’s why. That’s certainly what I’m looking for when I pick up a book in this genre. The genius here is that along with the practical, Vroman delivers a beautiful narrative with stories of people living through insurmountable challenges and they become our teachers.

You can change your seat in life. You can manage your mindset. You can become a moment maker for yourself and others. You can live your life in the Front Row. Here’s how.
