Can Mortality Inspire Vitality?
In the end, what do you most want to be remembered for?
Do you know the top 5 regrets of the dying? (I share them in the video.)
At times, considering my own death scares me, and other times, it inspires me.
When I think about my time being limited, it creates urgency for today — a sense of importance.
It’s the knowledge of my own impermanence that makes each moment very real for me.
It’s the fear of wasting my time/life that motivates me to use it wisely.
I’ve been privileged to help create front row experiences for people who have life-threatening illnesses for 10 years now, and I have learned so much from the courageous recipients and family members (and friends) about what it means to live each day to the fullest.
Do you think about death?
Do you think about when you’re gone…..who will miss you?
What can you do today, so that when the end arrives one of these days, you’ll have no regrets?
My wish for you: A life of meaningful experiences with those you love!
