#3: Perspective, Mindfulness, & Peak Performance with Mindfulness Coach Julianna Raye

I’m not much of a bragger, but my guest today – Julianna Raye – opened for Don Henley. And she went from being this amazing professional musician to an even more amazing mindfulness coach, helping executives, business leaders, and TV personalities get in tune with themselves.

She’s been teaming up with cool people in business and leadership to create programs online that will teach mindfulness and clarity in a way that is accessible and, in her words “easily digestible”.  She talks openly about how you can use very specific strategies to reduce stress and heighten your creativity.

In This Episode You’ll Learn:

  • How to label and regulate your emotions with the right vocabulary
  • How to have more peak activities, that is – activities that inspire you to produce more
  • How to keep your life in perspective and your eyes on the front row
  • The three core teachings of mindfulness training
  • One particular strategy you can implement today (you’ll start noticing changes in a few hours!)

Stay tuned for the EPIC BRAINMELTING CONCLUSION where she unleashes some of her mindfulness tricks on us.

Two comments after listening. Some very good advice, but hard to absorb because you both were speaking VERY fast, Julianna especially, but Jon also. Hard to really absorb a thought when it is presented so quickly. Slow down. Second thought is this. I think that too much info was presented at once. Many busy moms and other busy people would have a hard time finding 70+ minutes to stop and listen. I would rather hear a message no more than 30 minutes and cover less info more in depth. She could break down what she said in smaller chunks and expand on what she’s trying to convey especially if she slowed down!

Great note Danna, thanks for pointing that out! Sometimes it’s easy to get excited about the topic and forget to bring people along…

    Dope interview. 🙂

Yes there were lots to take in. That’s for sure. As a mindfulness and peak performance coach these topics highly relevant and if interest to me. Definitely feel like we got a feel for what you’re about more Julianna and could sense the direct transmission coming through at points. The practical experience stuff and take aways feel like they would benefit many. Thanks for the interview Jon. And keep up the good work
